In The Choice in Organizational Performance, they learned another: I honor people at work by helping them and the organization achieve results.
We believe that everyone who works, no matter the job, faces a constant choice: Will I help others and the organization achieve results...or won't I?
Anyone who answers 'yes' to that question is able to work and lead in an out-of-the-box way. We call that WOWing.
