In The Choice in Organizational Performance, they learned another: I honor people at work by helping them and the organization achieve results.
We believe that everyone who works, no matter the job, faces a constant choice: Will I help others and the organization achieve results...or won't I?
Anyone who answers 'yes' to that question is able to work and lead in an out-of-the-box way. We call that WOWing.
Deciding whether or not to WOW in all directions by helping others get results is the fundamental choice that determines the quality of our work lives.
