Our consultants will work onsite (and/or over the phone) with your people, helping them apply strategies learned in Implementation Training. The focus is to:
- Help clarify the results they're responsible for delivering
- Help implement "Level 4" meetings, the key reporting mechanism covered in Implementation Training. These are regular meetings where employees report to their manager on their efforts to achieve success in the four Responsibility Zones of work.
Implementation and Reinforcement help the organization institutionalize Arbinger teachings. By focusing on successfully implementing them, the programs becomes embedded in the organization, inoculating itself to a great degree against the destructiveness of the box. |
